The Conference is happening over 4 days from 13-16 May, 2019. The first two days each offer 3 unique Master Classes per day.  Attendees can attend one of the classes per day. The Conference itself runs over the last 2 days. 

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?

“No shows” are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration amount. If you cannot attend you may send a substitute person. The original registrant must submit a written authorization for such a change.

Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?

Unfortunately we don’t offer discount. 

Can I choose the days I use a multiday pass for?

Tickets are not multi day passes. A ticket is only valid for the Master class or conference as purchased for that day.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

You need to show some form of ticket purchase. After purchase you will receive a receipt via email. You are welcome to print the receipt or display it electronically for gate access. Attendance lists will be maintained.

How can I change my registration?

If you wish to change your purchased Masterclass you may contact us via email or online in which case we will register you on the new class. Changes may only be made up to 5 days before a class.
